Prophetic Word April 10, 2010 Given to Steve Montag
On our way to service this morning God was downloading into me a mile a minute. He let me know that we are going to change the way we do our shabbat services. That we are a new wineskin and the old skin of rabbinic judaism doesn't fit the messianic model of the last days. We will serve as a model of the one new man, messianic jewish body to the rest of the body of Messiah and this will begin very soon. Then during our service today the Lord gave me a prophetic word that I want to share with you guys. It may not be verbatim, but I will try to remember it the best I can. That's why I wanted to send this to you while it's fresh on my mind. I leave it to you if you think you'd like to publish this word on the FIC website or not. Here it is:
"The Lord says that I am about to do a new thing on the earth. I am about to do a new thing in my body. For so many years the Gentile Church has told Jews that they are welcome to be a part of them as long as they don't mind looking Gentile. The Messianic Jewish stream of the body has told Gentiles, they are welcome to join them as long as they don't mind looking Jewish. Both sides have shared in the guilt of attempting to rebuild the middle wall of partition that my Son died to tear down. So I am bringing a change into the body of Messiah that will look neither Jewish or Gentile because I am bringing my word to pass in creating the one new man as spoken of in the Scripture. The body of Messiah is not designed to reflect Rabbinic Judaism or historical Gentile Christianity, they are to reflect Yeshua (Jesus), they are to reflect my glory, my image, my kingdom. They are to be indeed the one new man. I never designed any stream of my body to be exlusivist, but inclusive to all who would be kingdom minded."
